Step 1 — open Summary on the appointment
From the appointment workspace, tap Summary. The cover page of the contract previews at the top.

Step 2 — review what's on the cover
The contract assembles in this order:
- Company branding and contact details (from Admin → Company).
- Customer information (from the appointment).
- The selected option's total and payment schedule.
- Customer Wills and Contractor Wills (from Details).
- Product line items with quantities and prices.
- Drawing thumbnails for each layer.
- Terms and signature block (from Admin → Appointment Format → Contract).
If anything looks off, the fix is upstream — in Admin → Appointment Format for terms and the contract layout, in Admin → Company for branding, or in the appointment itself for content.
Step 3 — generate the PDF
Tap Generate PDF. Bidvio composes the document and shows it in a sheet. You can scroll the full PDF, share it, or print it.

Step 4 — capture a signature
If the customer is ready to sign, tap Capture signature. The signed contract regenerates with the signature embedded and the appointment locks into a signed state.
Step 5 — send to the customer
Use the share sheet to email the PDF, AirDrop it to the customer's device, or print it. The same PDF is also attached to the appointment's record so anyone with access can re-download it later.
Troubleshooting
- Wrong company name or address on the cover → Admin → Company → Company Information.
- Missing terms → Admin → Appointment Format → Contract.
- Drawing thumbnails missing → re-open Drawing and make sure each layer has at least one shape.
What's next
- Creating a product controls how products appear on the line-items section of the PDF.
