About Bidvio

Software we sell because we already use it.

Bidvio runs on real customer appointments every week. We built it for our own concrete business first, kept iterating until it stopped getting in the way, and now ship it to other field-sales contractors.

The proof point

Tested where it matters: in the driveway.

Bidvio is used on real customer appointments every week at the founder's family concrete business. Every workflow on this site — the sketch, the options, the contracts, the change orders, the templates — has been ground-tested against live customers who can say no.

Why we built it

The problem we kept running into.

Field-sales contractors have a punishing sales loop: sketch on paper, price in a spreadsheet, retype the proposal in Word, then rebuild the whole thing for the change order. Every handoff is a chance to lose margin, miss scope, or break a customer's trust. Bidvio collapses that loop into one record.

What we believe

Six product principles.

Who's behind it

Owned and operated by Ogburn Tech BV.

Bidvio is owned and operated by Ogburn Tech BV. The product started inside a family concrete business that needed a better way to estimate and sell. That business still runs on Bidvio today — which is why every feature here has had to survive a real customer saying "explain that to me again."

Bidvio is built for any field-sales contractor with the same problem, not just for concrete and not just for us.

Founded by Taylor Ogburn, a concrete contractor who got tired of rebuilding the same job four times before it was sold.
